W2E enables its customers to understand, produce, erect and finally commission the licenced wind turbines. Central aspects are the specific knowledge transfer together with training units that reflect practical applications .
For a very good learning success and high motivation in converting the learned skills, W2E works according to the following concept:
Customers choose participants in the training program from within their firm who will function as multipliers in their technical specialty. W2E requires that these participants will possess basic technical knowledge and - depending on the type of program - also basic business knowledge. To understand W2E technologies in detail and to pass on such knowledge, it is necessary to possess skills in dealing with basic technical systems and to have knowledge of various energy transfer technologies in the wind energy industry.
W2E engineers impart specific knowledge and practical experience to well-chosen employees. These employees (multipliers) contribute significantly to the effective dissemination of specific technical knowledge of wind turbines in the licensee's or manufacturer's own firm.
W2E customers learn:
With the help of system partnerships with suppliers, W2E is also able to teach knowledge and practical experience in operating and servicing the wind turbines. For example, this includes the operation of condition monitoring systems and the evaluation of electronic records.

2.5 MW WIND TURBINE MODEL FOR YOU AT HOME >>> The 2.5 MW wind turbine for your home >>> You can build your cardboard model at home with hobby knife, scissors, ruler, pincers, glue and feeling- That works as easy as:
The model is for a 2.5 MW W100 wind turbine with a nacelle height of 160 m (scale of 1:500). The rotor can be turned.
The original on which the model is based has a rotor diameter of 90 m and was erected in 2006 as the prototype for the 2.5 MW wind turbine platform in Laasow (State of Brandenburg, Germany). It is the highest wind turbine in the world.
