Designer cardboard model

2.5 MW WIND TURBINE MODEL FOR YOU AT HOME >>> The 2.5 MW wind turbine for your home >>> You can build your cardboard model at home with hobby knife, scissors, ruler, pincers, glue and feeling- That works as easy as:

  • Download the model file (PDF/1,2 MB)
  • 170g/m22 -print cardboard in colour
  • assemble

The model is for a 2.5 MW W100 wind turbine with a nacelle height of 160 m (scale of 1:500). The rotor can be turned.

The original on which the model is based has a rotor diameter of 90 m and was erected in 2006 as the prototype for the 2.5 MW wind turbine platform in Laasow (State of Brandenburg, Germany). It is the highest wind turbine in the world.
